Aims To reduce homelessness by assisting people to access appropriate accommodation whilst also helping them to maintain their tenancies and access other relevant services. Registered Charity No 515755 
For Whom People with accommodation issues that are affecting their lives. 
Services DISC's Independent Living Projects offer many different services around accommodation issues alongside helping clients to develop their independent living skills. In Darlington Floating support and advice & assistance on housing issues for people of any age with mental health problems. In Stockton Floating support for 16-25 year olds. Work with ISSP and YOT workers in whole of Tees Valley - supporting ex-offenders.
