| Aims | To provide a resettlement service with support to homeless adults. |
| For Whom | For single, homeless adults aged 18 - 64 years |
| Services | 56 units of accommodation split into 3 stages: Stage 1 offers half board accommodation with intensive support. Stage 2 offers self-catering facilities with support focussed on living skills and developing independence. Stage 3 offers self-contained flats within the hostel vicinity. This leads to tenancies with Middlesbrough Council or other housing providers with added support from out Outreach Team. |
