| Services | Home-start offers support friendship and practical help to parents with young children in local communities in Stockton, Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. Volunteers, who are usually parents themselves, visit families at home, who have at least one child under 5 and offer them informal friendly and confidential suppot. Also run Family Support Groups in local communities. |
