| Aims | To improve the quality and speed of accessibility to information on and assessment of disability. To integrate health and social care for people with disabilities. |
| For Whom | Service open to all |
| Services | Provides impartial information, advice and individual assessment for those requiring appropriate equipment and other disability services. No referral is required. Specialist exhibitions and demonstrations of equipment are provided regularly. The Centre acts as a training resource. |
