| Aims | Support independent living and social care support for people whose needs are met through care coordination arrangements (CPA) and support for people with mental health needs who are not on CPA. |
| For Whom | People over 18 years with a mental health need who live in the local area. |
| Services | Open access drop in (or activity). Warm and welcoming informal settings to lessen isolation by building up confidence, encouraging independence and focusing on your strengths. One to one support, information, access to telephone and IT Internet access. Free tea and coffee, games, books. A programme that is reviewed quarterly and responds to the expressed needs of service users. A listening ear. |
