Aims To provide a range of respite care services for families who have a child (children) with special needs. 
For Whom Families with children/young people who have a special disability need e.g. physical or learning disability. 
Services A range of services for families who have children/young people with learning and/or physical disabilities. Project workers are trained and screened to offer families safe and reliable sitting and befriending sessions during the day or evening. The time can be spent in the family home or accompanying the child/young person to join in leisure activities to give the other family members 'time out' . If needed the project worker can also accompany the whole family on an outing as an additional pair of hands.
