Aims To arrange services that provide people with housing related support to help them achieve or maintain independent living. 
For Whom Supporting People Services are for all vulnerable people over the age of 16 years. Examples include: Older people. people with mental health needs, homeless people, people at risk of domestic violence, people with learning disabilities, young people leaving care, teenage parents. 
Services The Supporting People Team arranges services that provide people with housing related support enabling them to live in the community.
