| Aims | To monitor and assess older people with mental health problems, to help them to live as independently as possible for as long as possible. |
| For Whom | Older people with mental health problems. |
| Services | Day Unit, Assessment Unit for elderly people. Range of activities related to assessment including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, social skills etc. Community Psychiatric Nurses can assess within the persons own home. Social Workers who asses and arrange comprehensive packages of care as needed. |
