Patients in Middlesbrough & Eston Primary Care Trust Area. Social care users from Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland when an inpatient at James Cook University Hospital. |
| Services | Provides training on benefits to both Council staff and outside agencies. Provides daily advice line for advisers. Tribunal representation for clients. Front line advice offered to ethnic minority community on appointment basis. Workers offering advice in East Middlesbrough (TS3) and West Middlesbrough Neighbourhood Trust areas. Two workers offering advice in a number of GP practices in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland on a referral basis. One worker offering advice at James Cook University Hospital to social care users from Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. |
