Befriending and companionship. Driving and/or accompanying to appointments, either medical or social. Taking the person shopping or shopping on their behalf. Practical tasks to support in the home. Helping people to use local services and facilities, create wider social networks and new social links. |

Self-referral or referral with persons consent via neighbours, friends, community organisations or health and social care teams.
