| Services |
DISC's Independent Living Projects offer many different services around accommodation issues alongside helping clients to develop their independent living skills. In Darlington Floating support and advice & assistance on housing issues for people of any age with mental health problems. In Stockton Floating support for 16-25 year olds. Work with ISSP and YOT workers in whole of Tees Valley - supporting ex-offenders. |
